To host a virtual event for corporate product launching and engage virtual event attendees isn’t without its challenges. a.c.e's virtual event experience with emcee Azleen, a certified marketing and communication expert based in Malaysia achieved an impactful connection with the virtual audiences. Azleen is skilled in event management as well as virtual events, she has been involved in the planning process and established comfortable zones with our event crew. a.c.e event crew has discussed and prepared for the virtual audiences how to be energetic in a virtual setting and keep virtual audiences engaged.

Virtual events are made of many digital elements to build content and audience engagement. Fortunately, KONE didn't have to manage everything by themselves. With the support of a.c.e. event crew, their first live streaming virtual event in Malaysia launched successfully.
Preparation for pre-recording involves many different aspects, a.c.e event crew organized technical elements like operating the staging setup and background graphics, microphone controls, sound testing, camera position, and lighting arrangement. Essential pre-event management includes network and system configuration, content preparation, and rehearsals. a.c.e event team also conducted regular review sessions with KONE to stay on track with the virtual event strategies and develop a virtual event platform.
For KONE to offer virtual attendees a comparable experience to an in-person event, the live event support team used a dedicated LAN internet up to 800mbps from the production studio to flawlessly livestream multimedia content. We have a backup internet line on standby.
We gained the unique opportunity in the virtual event to merge stunning 3D graphics and stimulate the new elevator experience. Many of the event audiences were immersed by the brand’s latest trends and innovations. It was an exceptional event experience that extended beyond a screen.
Although the virtual event cannot replicate humans’ interactions, we have customized the Hello Virtual Event Platform featuring a virtual lobby, exhibition halls, and virtual event booths to connect with event attendees like the traditional trade shows.
The virtual event platform is customized to fit the event registration system, communication with virtual event attendees, exhibited product directory and collecting key insights. It includes session attendance and engagement. This integrated event management ensures details from all databases are available in the reporting system, enabling KONE team to use the information for future events.
The virtual event platform with integrated event lobby and virtual booths lets the KONE team track down each event leads into qualified opportunities. There are 6 virtual booths featured for sharing relevant digital resources such as product information, video presentation, and case studies. Not forgetting the eye-catching welcome messages and dynamic banners are vital to putting up a virtual event that amazes the attendees.
Event attendees were allowed to access and download the event content from virtual event platform within a specific timeframe. They can get all the event essentials, including the agenda, products introduction, access to mobile apps and contact of person-in-charge before or after attending the virtual event, making everything is at attendees’ fingertips.
On 11th November 2021, the KONE DX Class was well-broadcasted. The audience enjoyed the virtual event with world-class audio and video production. The virtual world offered a connected immersive experience for the audiences event they were watching in front of their screen.
The registration process added the bonus of providing valuable event metrics. KONE found that this process has successfully strengthened its partner relationship globally with the data analysis. Moving forward, KONE wished to integrate more features such as gamification and live chat into the virtual platform to encourage networking and interaction.
